Equipments

Major equipments in production and quality control laboratory :

All the equipment in production and quality control laboratory are of standard quality and of reputed make. The detailed list of equipment in each department is enclosed.

Preventive Maintenance of Equipment :

It is the responsibility of the maintenance department.

There are S.O.P. stipulating the preventive maintenance frequency, person responsible and the procedure to be followed for preventive maintenance in case of each equipment.

Preventive maintenance will be carried out as per the S.O.P. and records thereof will be maintained.

Sanitation

There are S.O.Ps for cleaning all manufacturing, packing and Store areas and Equipment.

The S.O.Ps stipulate frequency of cleaning, responsibility for Cleaning, steps to be followed in cleaning, the devices to be used, cleaning agent to be used and the acceptance criteria to confirm that the cleaning operation is complete.

The cleaning methods will be validated periodically.

All waste water including the sanitary water will be treated in a Effluent Treatment Plant (E.T.P.) The treated water generated after E.T.P. processing is being used for gardening.
